While the adventures of Captain Jonathan Cutright and his crew are the primary focus of this website, I still hope to find time to stray into a short story or two. This page has been set aside for just that purpose. Every once in a while a story idea gets lodged in the grey matter and refuses to budge until it’s been allowed to run its course. And while the Science Fiction genre has always been my writing preference, I won’t rule out the possibility that I might have a few other tall tales to share with you here, sitting around my virtual campfire.
If you pay a visit to my portfolio website, www.blueyonderinteractive.com, you’ll see some visual treatments for a variety of stories I have on the back burner. There you can take a short walk through the opening scene of Snakes, Snails and Seadog Tales, a game concept I have written and illustrated for a slightly younger audience. Another friend of mine that I hope to develop into an interactive children’s comic book is Airheart, a story about a little metal man with a heart of gold. The Bug Jar is an entomophobic nightmare come true, a chilling little yarn that will leave you wondering what (or perhaps who) is watching you from behind a tiny blade of grass. All of these ideas might someday make their début here, so check back from time to time and be sure to bring enough marsh mellows for everyone.
